Is Henna Temporary Tattoos Safe?

If you are thinking of using henna to get a henna temporary tattoos you should be careful.
Although black henna is from a plant that is harmless, it is common for some tattoo artists to use a harmful chemical para-phenylenediamine to help increase the intensity of color. This chemical used for these henna tattoo designs can cause many problems including permanent scarring and is barred by the FDA.
